The router we provide is "managed".  This means we can log into it remotely, see what devices are connected, wireless signal strength etc.  We do this in order to assist you.  We are not "snooping" - your traffic passes through our network anyway.  We can not magically hop onto or take control of your end computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets and other devices either.


However, if you don't want us to be able to help you with many of your broadband issues, feel free to factory reset the router or use your own router.
