A. You will need to create a support ticket in the live.2talk.co.nz web portal. In the ticket please provide the following listing information:
Name
One Address
One Phone number

Go to the 2Talk website and login using your 2Talk number and password.
Down the left menu list is 'Support Tickets', click on that and send them the details above.
